How To Overcome Travel Toilet Anxiety

With a sense of humour and an open mind, we take a deep dive into breaking the toilet taboo and tips and suggestions to apply on your next trip.

Loren from Daily Restore and I have been friends for the last couple of years and have similar views on beauty, health and travel. Not only has she worked as a travel writer, photographer and photo editor, but now she’s studying to be a nutritionist (and by the look of her videos, she will be a great one!) We met for dinner and brainstormed ideas that could lead to a collaboration. Then we spoke about that awkward anxiety feeling when you travel with someone, and you have to, well… take a poop in a shared or public toilet! After sharing funny experiences of bathroom fails during our travels, we realised what a taboo it still is amongst women to

talk about pooping and the real struggles our stomachs go through when we travel, so in a bold move, we decided to vlog about it.

If you want to achieve a better balance in your health, I strongly recommend you subscribe to Loren’s channel, Daily Restore, here and follow her Instagram @dailyrestore and let us know what you think in the comments below.
